By creating a MyMedicare.gov account, you can:

  • View your Medicare claims

  • Find Medicare providers and hospitals
  • Review a calendar of current and upcoming services
  • Check current Medicare plan information
  • Create a report to share with your doctor and other providers
  • Check your deductible amount
  • Print or order a new Medicare card
  • Pay premiums

When inputting your Medicare number, do not add any spaces or dashes.
Enter your name exactly as it is shown on your Medicare card.
Though an email address is asked for, it is optional; just be sure to read then checkmark the box below.
You will receive a confirmation letter within 10 to 14 days of creating your account.
